Shipping time We do everything to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible! Here is an overview of our usual delivery time: Order Processing: We typically process and ship your order within 72 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded) after you place it. Order modification/cancellation deadline: You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancellations. Order Exceptions: Shipping time may vary There are a few exceptions where your order might take a little longer to ship:

• Custom Items: As noted on our site, custom pieces take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse (orders placed before May 1, 2024 were estimated at 6-8 weeks). Pre-order items: Pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. The exact deadline will be indicated in the title or description of the product. Please note that your entire order, including non-pre-ordered items, will be shipped together. Phone Cases: As we manufacture phone cases in-house, orders containing them may take up to 3-4 business days to ship. We prioritize quality and ensure that each case is perfect for you! (For US orders only: Phone case orders may ship separately from other items.) Not received tracking information? If your order does not contain personalized or pre-order items, and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed it without receiving tracking information, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact Us form.
